What you DO get as a Founding Member
Your Own Website
Your website will include all the EPIC Plan functionalities as detailed on the homepage.
It will be pre-loaded with a variety of content sections, including generic relevant copy and images, all for the dog grooming and services industry, which you can edit or keep as is.
Your website will be ready to launch in May 2020, however we may be ready before that (or possibly after) but our aim is May 2020.
You will need to take some time to enter all your information into the website, such as all your basic business information, location, services and pricing if you want, upload images if you want, etc.
As a Founding Member, you will be entitled to lifetime hosting on the Market Mutts platform, using the site builder designs and features.
If at any time you decide you want to move away from Market Mutts, or you want to change your website completely, you’ll have to purchase a new hosting plan at a provider or your choice and set up a whole new website of your own.
The lifetime hosting is for the Market Mutts website on the Market Mutts hosting platform.
We can host other websites on our hosting.
Input into the SiteBuilder
As a Founding Member, you will be on our Customer Advisory Board and will be asked to guide and influence the design, set up and functionalities of the Market Mutts site builder platform.
This means that through the prototype and build phase, you’ll be asked for your honest feedback and opinion of what’s working great and what could be changed.
We’ll take into account your feedback and do our best to make it exactly how you need it.
The aim is to build the perfect website solution for Dog Groomers, ready for launch in May 2020.

You won’t get a custom design in the traditional sense, although they can be arranged, but are considerably more expensive.
Ability to Add or Change Functionalities, Plugins or Themes
Market Mutts site building is a standardised website building platform, providing each member with the same functions and features.
You are able to change images, text, colours, and pick from a number of different themes.
However you won’t be able to add extra functions above and beyonds what’s already here.
Intellectual Property Rights or Core Files
You will not be able to download your website or migrate it to another host or service provider.

Once your account is closed your website will be deleted from our hosting servers.
Fulfilment, Spec Changes & Refund Policy
We aim to deliver all Founding Members websites my May 2020.
As we are still in the middle of prototyping and development, this date maybe subject to change.
It’s possible that development issues, such as incompatibilities or extra time and cost mean we reserve the right to extend this deadline by up to six months.
So far we’re 95% certain that all the specifications on the homepage are entirely possible.
However, as the development of the prototype continues some impassable incompatibilties may popup which means we’ll need to change the features and specifications offered.
We full intend to provide everything we’ve laid out, however we reserve the right to make changes for safety sake.
You will have 30 days to trial your website for free. But once paid for there is no refund period.
If your website is not fully delivered and working by 31st October 2020 you will be given a full refund.
If the Market Mutts platform should cease to exist for any reason, Founding Members will be given a back-up of their website, which maybe uploaded to a new web host. This backup would exclude licenses for updates to software or themes.
We are reluctant to have to add this part, but you know what it’s like, there is always one bad apple that spoils the bunch and we have to add this disclaimer to protect our business against them. If you’re not the type of person who tried to sue people in court you can skip this. Or maybe read it anyway, our lawyers would tell us!
We’ll carry out our work in accordance with good industry practice and at the standard expected from a suitably qualified person with relevant experience. That said, we can’t guarantee that our work will be error-free and so we can’t be liable to you or any third-party for damages, including lost profits, lost savings or other incidental, consequential or special damages, even if you’ve advised us of them.
Your liability to us will also be limited to the amount of fees payable under the agreed plan and you won’t be liable to us or any third-party for damages, including lost profits, lost savings or other incidental, consequential or special damages, even if we’ve advised you of them.
Finally, if any provision of our terms shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this contract and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
